The Letter You Won't Send

Write a letter to the person we discussed. Say everything. Hold nothing back. Do not censor, soften, or edit. Write it by hand if possible.

When you are finished, seal the letter in an envelope. Do not share it with anyone. Do not send it. Bring it to our next session — sealed, unread by anyone but you.
