Friendship Tier Assessment

This tool helps a client evaluate the intimacy reciprocity and energy exchange in their various.

A client may feel consistently drained by their social life but struggle to identify why. They often describe a persistent imbalance, a sense that the effort, emotional support, or intimacy is not mutual. This ambiguity leads to social fatigue and makes it difficult to know which relationships to nurture and which to let be.

This directive provides a framework for the client to evaluate these dynamics without subjective guesswork. It organizes their perceptions of intimacy and reciprocity into a clear, comparative model of their social network. The client walks away with a tangible understanding of where each friendship actually stands, allowing for more intentional decisions about their social investments.
